Customer Service Representative/Data Management in Addison, TX 75001

Will be on call generated phone calls with customers. Data Management to collect and track data for company. Will conduct B2B cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads. Will use CRM system to document and track leads.

Monday-Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Pay Rate of $25-$27 DOE
Professional Business Casual Office Attire

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service skills, great phone etiquette, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a must.
• Must be organized. Inside sales a plus.
• High School or equivalent required
• 2 years general inside sales and customer service experience

Preferred Qualification:

• BS degree from accredited college or equal experience preferred.
• Lead calling generation experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
