Customer Service Representative/Data Management in Addison, TX

Will be on call generated phone calls with customers. Data Management to collect and track data for company. 

Monday-Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Pay Rate of $25-$27 DOE
Professional Business Casual Office Attire

Requirements:

• Excellent Customer Service skills, great phone etiquette, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite a must.
• Must be organized. Inside sales a plus.
• High School or equivalent required
• 2 years general inside sales and customer service experience

Preferred Qualification:

• BS degree from accredited college or equal experience preferred.
• Lead calling generation experience preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
