Are you bilingual in English & Spanish and ready to grow into a leadership role? We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic Production Coordinator to join a Precast Concrete Manufacturing/Construction team!
🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Support Production Managers & Leads
✅ Help coordinate schedules & workflows
✅ Monitor safety, efficiency & quality
✅ Contribute to training & improvement efforts
✅ Be the bridge between production and other departments
📈 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1–3 years in manufacturing or construction
✔️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔️ Willingness to grow and lead
✔️ Microsoft Office & ERP knowledge
✔️ Clean background
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus!
🎓 Degree in Industrial Tech, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred but not required.
