Facility Maintenance position available in Everman, TX.
Will be helping maintain facility functioning, clean inside and outside grounds when needed and may do some handyman tasks. 

• Forklift certified.
• OSHA certified.
• Able to operate a scissor lift.
• Building exterior and grounds maintenance.
• Interior facility maintenance (this includes any cleaning).
• Warehouse bay location upkeep (painting of locations, stop signs, etc.).
• Window and door integrity inside and outside of the facility.
• Daily parking lot inspections (yard areas).
• Fire Protection (can help assist with monthly fire extinguisher checks)
• Able to work additional hours if needed to complete any facility project tasks. 
• Available to complete handyman tasks if required. 

Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30/4pm
Pay: $17/hr.
