- Helping grinders, assisting them with whatever is needed. Slip on boots/lace up boots) Experience not needed for helpers.
- Must have a good attitude, he's looking for someone with good work ethic, hard worker, people who are willing to cross train, they want to mold good people.
- Experience isn't needed.
- Non climate control, will get dirty working with metal and sand. Shop industrial environment. Steel toe shoes is a must (slip on boots or lace up boots)
