Job Description:

• Strong recruiting skills for all skilled positions such as HVAC, Electricians, Welders, Plumbers Etc. and know how to recruit for general labor positions as well).
• 2 years' experience minimum.
• Professionalism
• -It is a busy office so the individual chosen for this position must be fast-paced and know how to multi-task proficiently.
• -Be familiar with corresponding with multiple clients via email and phone
• -Looking for a team player
• -Must be able to do some advertising
• -Know how to create and post ads on social media
• -Have good communication skills
• -Must be able to handle a high volume of phone calls and accounts
• -Should be able to meet weekly quota, goal oriented.
• -Detail Oriented
• -Computer savvy, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft
• -Reliable
