$21-$30/hr 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am+ 10% Shift Dif

QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree or above in machinery, electronics, and automation.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant practical work experience, and familiarity with the photovoltaics manufacturing or semiconductor production industry, is preferred.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and automation components preferred.
• Good knowledge of pneumatic systems.
• Ability to operate shop equipment, bench tools, hand tools, inspection, and test equipment.
• Ability to use data analysis tools like MS Excel and other applications.
• Dedicated and strive to achieve, hardworking and reliable, be able to adapt to shifts, and work well under pressure.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to train junior production personnel
• Ability to solve complicated equipment malfunction independently and with minimum supervision
• Generate and analyze data to effectively communicate reporting to leaders
• Master the structure and working principle of factory production equipment and facilities, and learn and improve their own equipment maintenance skills and level.
• Conduct regular and scheduled inspection of the production equipment in the factory to ensure that the equipment is in good condition and eliminate potential equipment failures.
• Make daily operation records and maintenance records of the equipment system in a timely manner.
• Ability to detect, isolate, and identify irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Assist with aligning machines and equipment during installation, using hoists, jacks, squares, ruler, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
• Support in repairing any problems associated with new equipment.
• Follow work arrangements, timely repair the faulty equipment reported for repair, and ensure the maintenance quality.
• Maintain the equipment to prolong the longevity of service life and improve its utilization rate.
