ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND BENEFITS

Standard work hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. However, candidates must be available to work until 6:00pm each day, and Saturdays 8:00am-5:00pm-- if required due to customer demand.

· Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred. Bottling line equipment operates at up to 150 bottles per minute. This requires packing up to 4 12-pack cases per minute and stacking as many as 750 cases per hour. Successful candidates must be able to work at this pace.

· Bottles of honey can weigh up to 12 lbs. each, and cases can weigh up to 50 lbs. each. Candidates must be able to pack/lift/stack up to 50 lbs.

· The initiative and willingness to learn additional skills is desired. Company operates the entire manufacturing process with a 6–7-person team- we rely on each team member to assist wherever needed.
