Now hiring a Sales Estimator for a modular wholesale manufacturing company in Burleson, TX. This position will be fully in-person (not remote).

$20/hr
Prefer at least 2 years sales estimating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to adequately understand the requirements of the project at hand
• Prepare detailed quotes to customers.
• Enhance relationships with customers.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for commercial modular buildings.
• Work with Factory Engineers to properly quote buildings to meet code requirements.
• Provide support to clients
• Provide accurate estimates of projects for all customers
• Follow up on all projects
• Provide submittals for projects when necessary
• Price out all change orders and red-line changes
• Provide accurate sales release packages for Engineering.

A successful candidate will:

• Have basic knowledge of construction and buildings codes (modular construction is a plus)
• Have strong attention to details
• Be well organized and reliable
• Have willingness to learn
